Location perfect, helpful tour desk, great meals at on-site cafe, rooftop bar a nice hangout spot, elephant sanctuary linked with hostel was awesome!

We had an amazing stay here. This hotel has a perfect location for exploring the city and restaurants, cafes, and local markets are all in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar. It had a great selection of drinks and cocktails. The bar had a fantastic open-air terrace with a great view. We met so many people here, it was a wonderful place for relaxation and chill. The entertainment room was also great. We found super reasonable breakfast and Thai food at this hotel's cafe. Everything was clean, and we loved the vibe.

I had a great experience at this basic yet clean place to stay. The staff at Hug Hostel Rooftop were really helpful and the location was great. The upstairs bar area was fun and lively without being out of control. My four-person female room had an in-suite bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise! The price and value were excellent, especially considering the larger dorms with shared bathroom were only slightly cheaper. a highly recommended place for a stay in the city.

I had a wonderful experience at this hostel! the location was also perfect, close to the old city and within walking distance of a food market and cafes. the 24-hour front desk and tour desk made everything very easy and convenient. the clean and cool dorms had lockers to keep my valuables safe.

My dorm room was a bit cramped and didn't have enough space for all my clothes. the drinking water was not free as it is in most hostels.
